DBA Software Consultants is headed up by Jo Anderson.  With over twelve years of expertise with Sage accounting software and her wealth of accounting knowledge, Jo is your best placed option for hands on advice and help with installation, set-up and training together with troubleshooting and recommendations for your all Sage software products.

Jo is fully Sage accredited across the Line 50 product suite. She assists on the user panel for Sage Plc in Newcastle advising on how the software could be improved and bringing to their attention key areas of concern from clients.

We offer a free initial consultation to obtain an understanding of the accounting information you will require from your software and the best way to manage your software implementation. We ensure the set-up is designed around your staff and your reporting needs as well as assisting you to find the products to which you will be best suited.

As well as carrying out a full installation service on a network or stand alone basis, we assist with tailoring the accounting structure, designing invoice/remittance/statement layouts with your logo and writing bespoke reports to meet your specific needs.

Our training services are tailored to each client whether a new or existing Sage user. Training is carried out on-site on a fixed fee basis for up to 6 delegates. Days can be split for separate user groups and the schedules are approved by you prior to commencement, to ensure we cover all aspects of the system you wish to use. For more advanced users, we can provide report designer and excel integration training.

To back up our service standards, we offer on-site guidance with both Accounting and Payroll year end requirements and have a dedicated team on hand to respond to any on-going queries you may have.
